International Shipping

FedEx International: Customers shipping via FedEx are required to prepay duties and taxes during checkout.

USPS International First Class: This method is only available for Canada orders valued at or under $400.00 USD and weigh 4 lbs or less. We utilize a mail forwarding service to offer our customers the best available shipping rates. Once a shipment has left the USA, tracking may become less frequent until delivery. Duties, taxes, and any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery.

Restrictions on orders shipping to the United Kingdom

Due to UK law regarding imports and taxes, we are unable to ship orders valued under 135 GBP (excluding any shipping costs) to the United Kingdom.

Required information on orders shipping to Brazil

Packages shipped to Brazil require the recipient's tax identification number for customs clearance. Please include this information in the Cart order notes and indicate whether it is a CPF (individual tax ID) or CNPJ (business tax ID). Packages cannot be shipped to Brazil without this information.

Are there gift options available for international orders? Gift receipts are not available for orders shipping internationally. We must include accurate pricing information for all international orders for customs and cannot mark orders as gifts or disguise the contents in any way.
